While we all have to be indoors right now, perhaps I can help you stay more grounded, strong, supple, and present with some live online movement classes.
Here is my group class schedule for the next several weeks:

- Monday: Chair Yoga (All levels) 2pm (EST)
- Tuesday: Vinyasa Yoga 10am (EST)
- Wednesday: Vinyasa Yoga 5pm (EST)
- Friday: Chair Yoga 12pm (EST)
(all classes are 60 min)
All yoga classes will be offered by a suggested donation of $10
If you can afford more, great! If you want to pay less, no problem!
If you can’t afford classes at this time but still want to participate, please enjoy the class!
I am available for private online classes as well.
